EnerLink is a sophisticated corporate database and search service developed in Microsoft Access.  It is used by Canadian oil and gas companies for operational efficiency, improved decision making, and to help identify business opportunities.

With 3,200 users at over 90% of the oil and gas companies in Canada, EnerLink needed a bullet-proof installation for their complex application.

Working closely with EnerLink, SageKey built an Access Runtime installation for the application and thoroughly tested it so that EnerLink could confidently release their product. Standalone, client/server and Citrix server installs were created and perfected for EnerLink within a short period of time.

Our 2005 version of EnerLink has a map interface and sources data over the internet from our servers using XML. This was new territory for us. It is one thing to create an application, and quite another to roll it out successfully. SageKey's involvement in preparing and testing our installation scripts was crucial. They also helped with some advanced Visual Basic code and provided advice with respect to a firewall issue encountered by some of our biggest subscribers. We would not have succeeded without them.
