product. SageKey has supported its own installation products for 10
years and has a good reputation for that support. We offer this same
level of care and attention to the clients of the products we develop and
maintain.
The level of support we offer is tailored to each clients need. In most
cases our clients handle their own technical support, with SageKey
providing Tier 3 support to assist them with their more complex support
issues.
For one of our clients we handle all of the telephone and email technical
support for their product, with dedicated 800 phone lines that answer with
their recorded message, helpdesk tracking software, monthly activity
reports and tracking enhancement requests. SageKey also authors the
product's technical support Knowledgebase articles and provides the
ongoing development and maintenance for the product.
