Online service simplifying the process of managing thousands of advert directories.
The Local Search Association is the central distrubutor of directory information for its members. In order to facilitate this across more than 8,500 published directories, each directory must have its own unique directory code. In the past, this would involve either calling the association directly, or filling out a paper form and faxing it to them for processing.
When the LSA approached SageKey about automating the process, we were more than happy to help!
Working with LSA programmers and staff SageKey developed a helpful and easy to use online form, simplifying the process for everyone involved. The website then emailed the standardized, completed form to LSA staff where it could be verified and entered into the LSA IRIS system. Codes were also embedded into the emailed form that would allow either LSA staff, or the company that created the request, to return to the site and make any changes or continue filling out missing information.
