Hi
Is there a "smart" way to do automatic update. I would like to use SageKey to do smart updates. Like only new or updatet files to be added or changed.

And the application shortcut should automatically call the update "library" on each start to check for new updates.

Can SageKey handle this.

The Access Deployment Wizard does not have an automatic updating process.
I'll pass it on to the development team as a feature request, though I cannot guarantee it will be added.

I have heard of a few Access Developers building the update process into their Frontend or a launching program.
Maybe if any of them read this they can offer some options?

I am looking for this same functionality. The MDE (or ACCDE) is sitting there in a folder and is run by the SageKey application starter (StartAccess3_2010.exe). I wish the starter program would look at a network location for an updated FE and copy it to the appropriate folder to update.

This would be an excellent feature. I'd like it too!
