I am in process for upgrading from 2003 to 2010. For this steped up to the pro Version 4.0.0.2.
I placed the SP2 in SageKey...\Supported files as the error message informed me.
But the Error remains and claims to need the "us" file.
My Access Runtime is German, so the SP2 is "accessrtsp2010-kb2687444-fullfile-x86-de-de.exe".

What to do now? How to handle this? (Actually I Need four foreign Versions to prepare.)

In a comment to sp2 while only sp1 was supported a user suggested to rename the SP file. Would this work?

Yes, This would certainly work. Just rename your patch file to the same name as the US version and yours will be run as part of the Wizard package.

Thank you for the confirmation of rename.

Actually I changed my Approach for setup. Originally my hope was to do all in sagekey. Because of font this is not possible.
So by sagekey i only prepare the minimum for startaccess.
Font, Icons, runtime I do by inno setup and so can act language specific without rename.
So the msi from your tool is called as a "install after" from my main setup.

For future Versions, please consider free selection of SP files. I do not like a DEU file named as US-EN on the setup-CD. I am afraid of Trouble in foreingn conutries like Thai or China, where we also run our product.
