What is the best way way to install this using SageKey?

Could you just rename it to have the same name as SP1 (accessruntime2010sp1-kb2460015-x86-fullfile-en-us.exe) in the Deployment wizard "Support Files" folder?

Many thanks,

Allyson

Hi Allyson,

If you are using version 3.x of the Wizard then your can either rename it to the SP1 name like suggested, or include it as an Extra Install.

Our latest release of the version 4 Wizard replaces the SP1 options with an SP2 check box so no renaming is required.

Am I entitled to download Version 4?

Where do I download it from?

Hello - just seen its your Order page: $150 to upgrade.

Is there anywhere that lists out the new features/advantages to upgrading?

Does it solve the problem I highlighted here: http://www.sagekey.com/support_forum.aspx?g=posts&t=950 with the mydocuments redirection.

Thanks

Allyson

FYI

SP2 doesn't solve that problem.

You still cannot create a single exe file for the install if the user has My Documents redirected to a network drive.
